The best thing we can do to ensure a bright future for the world isn’t to place undue amounts of pressure on kids to be the valedictorian, football star, prom queen, or yearbook editor. It’s to encourage the next generation to be the ones play with the kid who everyone else shuns, to sit with the lonely kid at lunch, and to offer a hand when they see someone in need.
Young people are the future. Let’s encourage them to make warmer as well as brighter.
Be kind. Pass it on.
