Sometimes, you are just not okay.
Life knocks you around. The dark clouds seem to follow you wherever you go. Your best simply isn’t good enough, and nothing seems to be going your way.
When dark days are upon you, the best thing you can do for yourself is admit that you’re not okay. It does not make you weak, nor does it make you a failure. This simple act makes you brave enough to speak up and seek help when you need it. It shows you are fighting your way through the darkness to make to the other side. It is a sign of unspoken strength.
